Return Policy
CB Technologies will gladly refund or credit goods returned within a reasonable timeframe, provided they are in their original condition, original packaging, and current version.
Manufacturing Defects
The return period for defective products due to manufacturing defaults is strictly 24 hours from the date of sale.
Within 48 Hours
A full credit note may be issued if items are in resalable condition with all manuals and software included.
After 48 Hours - Up to 5 Days
Credit notes may still be issued, but items not correctly packaged will attract a minimum 15% handling charge.
After 3 Days (Strict Limit)
No credit or returns will be accepted if the return request is made more than 3 days after purchase.
- Documentation: Original invoices must be presented with all returns.
- Sealed Products: No returns accepted on products sold as sealed. Manufacturer warranty applies.
- Exclusions: Special orders, hardware, peripherals, and clearance items are generally non-returnable.
- Regional Clients: Clients outside Nairobi should communicate with CB Technologies directly to facilitate a return.
