We prioritize fast and reliable delivery; however, delivery times are estimates. CB Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for delays.

• Goods are at the Customer’s risk from the point of delivery.
• Refusal of delivery may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
• Customers must inspect goods immediately and report defects in writing to CB Technologies Ltd within 3 days.

Payments must be made in full without deductions or set-offs on or before the payment date.

• Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
• Customers are responsible for all associated taxes and delivery costs.
• Prices and services are subject to change or discontinuance without prior notice.

Refunds or credits are available for goods returned in original condition and packaging within 3 days.

• 48 Hours: Full credit note issued for resalable items in original packaging.
• 3 - 5 Days: Credit note may be issued; subject to a 15% handling charge for incorrect packaging.
• Sealed Items: No returns accepted once opened; manufacturer warranty applies.
• Exclusions: Special orders and hardware are generally non-returnable after 3 days.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. CB Technologies Ltd passes through these warranties without additional independent liability.

• Standard 12-month warranty from date of purchase (unless specified).
• Warranty is VOID if serial numbers are missing or labels are tampered with.
• DOA: Must be reported within 7 days for exchange eligibility.
• UPS Units: 7-day guarantee only from our end; thereafter manufacturer warranty applies.
